What time can we check-in? When is check-out?

Arrival is at 4:00pm and departure at 11:00am.

Can we arrive early, or leave late?

We are as flexible as possible. As soon as your chalet is ready you are welcome to arrive. If we do not need the chalet right away, you are welcome to stay longer. Please just ask if you would like to adjust our check-in or check-out time.

How do I make a reservation?

You can use either our secure reservation system on this website, or phone us anytime.  We ask for a deposit of 50% of your total booking amount to hold your reservation.  This can be paid by VISA, MC or cheque. The remaining balance is payable upon arrival.

What is the cancellation policy?

If a cancellation is made within 30 days of your arrival date, the deposit is non-refundable. Otherwise, the deposit will be refunded minus a 15% processing fee.

Due to our small number of chalets and the impact a short notice cancelation can have on our business, any cancelation made within one week of a stay will be fully charged.

Is there WIFI in the chalets?

Yes, but in spite of all our efforts, few chalets can have a WIFI signal unpredictable and not guaranteed . Thus if the internet access is essential for you, PLEASE communicate with us and we will be pleased to recommend you the adequate chalet.

Are bed linens & towels included in the rental?

Bed linens, blankets and pillows are included and all beds will be fully made up when you arrive in your chalet. You will also find dish towels, dish clothes, a bath mat and a hand towel.  Bath/pool towels are available for a small rental fee of $2.00/towel or you are of course welcome to bring your own.  Since we have space for only limited laundry facilities on-site, this small fee helps to keep our laundry manageable.

Is my chalet guaranteed?

We will do everything possible to give you your choice of chalet. In fact, the category and style of chalet you book will be respected but the very specific chalet you chose cannot be 100% guaranteed. In the event that we have to change it, you will either be upgraded or get a discount. In any case, there has never been an unpleasant surprise resulting from this.

Is there a telephone in the chalet?

No, there are no phones in the chalets, but cell service is generally excellent.  We have a phone in office which you are welcome to use if needed and/or there is payphone 2 blocks away.

What is your policy on smoking?

Smoking is only permitted on the outside balconies of your chalet, and we ask that you close any windows and doors nearby.  Smoking is prohibited inside all chalets and elsewhere on our grounds (hot tub, pool area, lake front, etc). Please do not leave cigarette butts on the ground (or in the snow).

Do you take a damage deposit?

Not for most rentals, but we do ask for a valid credit card on file.  If you do not have a credit card, we do ask for either a cash or cheque damage deposit of $300.

Is there housekeeping in the chalets?

Your chalet will be thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival and after your departure.  For stays of 7 nights or more, a mid-week housekeeping is included (can be arranged upon request).   Prior to your departure, we ask that you remove your garbage/recycling (bins are on-site), clean and put away your dishes and sweep the floor.  Cleaning supplies are available in each chalet if you need them.

Are pets really permitted?

Pets are welcome if they are accompanied by responsible owners.  We ask that you pick up after your pet both inside and outside, and keep them on leash at all times.  Pets are not permitted in the pool area.

What other rules apply?
