Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing our chalet for your stay. In order to ensure transparency and customer satisfaction, we have implemented a clear refund policy in case of cancellation. Please read this policy carefully before booking your stay.

1. Cancellation More Than 30 Days Before Arrival

  • If cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, a full refund will be issued, less an administrative fee of [amount, eg: €50].

2. Cancellation between 15 and 30 Days Before Arrival

  • If the cancellation is made between 15 and 30 days before the arrival date, 50% of the total reservation amount will be refunded.

3. Cancellation Less Than 15 Days Before Arrival

  • If the cancellation is made less than 15 days before the arrival date, no refund will be possible.

4. Special Conditions of Reimbursement

  • Force Majeure: In the event of exceptional circumstances (natural disaster, pandemic, etc.) making the stay impossible, we could offer a partial refund or a postponement of the reservation depending on the situation.

  • Interruption of stay: If the stay is interrupted after arrival for reasons beyond our control, no refund will be made for unused nights.

5. Modification of the Reservation

  • Any modification request (change of dates, extension) must be made at least 15 days before arrival. We will do our best to accommodate these requests depending on the availability of the chalet, and additional fees may apply.

6. Refund Procedure

  • To cancel or change a booking, please contact us directly at [email/contact]. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the cancellation is confirmed.

7. Security Deposit

  • The security deposit, where applicable, is refunded within 72 hours of the end of your stay, provided that the chalet is left in its original condition.
