For a harmonious and pleasant stay for all! 1 – RESPECT ABOVE ALL Our priority is to offer you a peaceful and pleasant stay. We count on your common sense and your respect for other vacationers. • Everyone has their own holiday! Some come for the peace and quiet, others to share a meal with friends. Be sure to moderate your sound volume, especially in the evening. • No exchange of equipment between chalets (dishes, bedding, chairs, etc.). Each chalet is equipped according to standards and for the comfort of its occupants. • Excessive cleaning = additional charges. If a cottage is left in an unreasonable state (signs of partying, significant mess), charges will be made to your credit card. • No external visitors. To preserve the tranquility of the site, only people included in the reservation are authorized to enjoy the facilities. 2 – OUR ANIMAL FRIENDS 🐾 Dogs are welcome, but a few rules apply to ensure cleanliness and respect for all: • Not on furniture. If your dog likes the comfort of the couch, ask us for suitable blankets. • Mandatory collection of needs. Bags are available if necessary. • Swimming allowed in the river, but prohibited in the swimming pool. • Leash required , unless your dog is perfectly obedient around other animals and people. • Excessive barking should be avoided. 💡 Fees may apply for damage or excessive cleaning related to animals. 3 – NO SMOKING IN THE CHALETS 🚭 • Smoking (cigarettes, cannabis or other substances) is prohibited inside the chalets. • When outdoors, smoke 30 feet away from closed doors and windows . • Absolutely no smoking in the spa. • Throw your cigarette butts in the ashtrays provided for this purpose. ⚠ A fee of $250 will be charged if smoke odors are detected in a chalet. 4 – EXTERIOR LIGHTS 🔥 Fires are permitted only in designated areas, subject to restrictions in effect. Consult sopfeu.qc.ca (https://sopfeu.qc.ca/)before lighting a fire. Firewood available on request (details sent by email). 5 – RESPECT FOR QUIET HOURS ⏳ • From dinner time onwards , reduce noise outside (music, loud conversations). • Our neighbors are close by , please respect their peace and quiet. • A simple signal is enough! If a group is making too much noise, a call to reception or a discreet signal (e.g. turning off/on a light) is often enough to restore calm. 👶 Children can enjoy the swimming pool at all times , under the constant supervision of an adult. 6 – POOL & SPA 🏊♂️ 🚨 NO MONITORING – AT YOUR OWN RISK. • Fixed temperature. Spa: 104°F | Pool: 84°F • No glass or breakable objects near water. • Do not change the temperature of the spa or pool. Any manipulation may result in it being put out of service. • Recommended duration: 15-20 minutes per swim. Prolonging too long can affect water quality and cause irritation. • Cleanliness: Any presence of unidentified substances (e.g. spilled alcohol, party residue, etc.) will result in a water change and a $500 fee. 7 – INVENTORY & EQUIPMENT • Do not move objects from one chalet to another. Each accommodation is equipped according to its capacity. • Towels provided = for inside the chalet only. Bring your own beach towels for the pool/spa. • Outdoor furniture: please do not move it so that each chalet can benefit from its dedicated space. 8 – BICYCLES 🚴 • Wear a helmet. For hygiene reasons, we do not lend helmets. • The bikes are self-service. Please put them back in place after use. • Use at your own risk. Check your bike before leaving. 9 – AT THE START: A LITTLE TOUCH OF CINDERELLA 🏡 Before your departure, please: • Do the dishes and put them away (in the right chalet and in the right place). • Pick up any mess or pet hair. • Place waste in the appropriate bins (compost, recycling, garbage). 💰 A $100 fee will apply if a complete inventory needs to be redone. 10 – CONTACT & SUPPORT 📩 • Reception is accessible by email : info@villagesuisse.ca (mailto:info@villagesuisse.ca)(10 a.m. to 5 p.m.). • For any emergency after 5 p.m. (breakage, electricity, plumbing), a number will be given to you. • For any non-urgent request (wifi, BBQ, wood, various instructions), please write to us before 5 p.m. ⚠ Any damage caused during your stay will be charged to your credit card. A $50 administrative fee will be applied in addition to the cost of repairs. Please respect these rules so that everyone has a pleasant stay.
