The Rustic Duplex
RUSTIC DUPLEX
We recommend this cottage for groups of 6 adults + and for groups with 5 + kids.
The duplex combines the two chalets Le Genève and Le Zurich. It has a huge stone fireplace that offers two hearths, one in each of the living rooms. You will enjoy its high ceilings, its large volumes and the recent renovations made. Right next to Parc Dufresne, you will set off on skis or boots for your hike. The living rooms are very welcoming, the kitchens and dining rooms, well equipped and optimal, the bedrooms cozy and you will surely appreciate the two beautiful bathrooms renovated with a period look. Its large balcony and the surrounding land are surrounded by trees, which is ideal for a BBQ, sharing a meal outside or relaxing in a hammock. Its total area is approximately 1800 sf.
When you rent the duplex, a $100 fee will apply IF the inventory is not back in its place on each side of the cottage : 12 items of each. The same goes for cookware, glasses and utensils.

SLEEPING OPTIONS
Large enough for 4 couples and perfect for two or three families of 4 to 5 people, the duplex offers 4 closed double and queen bedrooms as well as two mezzanines with two single beds each.
LA CUISINE
The duplex kitchens offer a lot of flexibility, lots of equipment and two tables with extendable panels if needed. You will find a host of equipment and you will lack absolutely nothing to prepare meals: cookware, standard coffee maker, kettle, electric mixer, small electric mixer, small slow cooker and of course, a Swiss fondue set.

THE LOCATION
The duplex ensures you a certain intimacy. Slightly apart from the site, on the border of Parc Dufresne, no other chalet faces you.
THE BREAD BOX
You will notice two small “gingerbread” houses at the top of the balcony steps. This is your bread box. We will deliver fresh bread from the local bakery when available with your reservation.
PARKING & CHARGING
Go to the end of the main parking lot. If you have an electric car, you can plug it into our terminal located in the main parking lot, near the office, accessible to all our customers.
